We recognize that leaders come in many forms. If you’re a founder or senior executive from a smaller organization (fewer than 30 FTEs), we may consider your application if:

  • Your business generated $2M+ in revenue in the past fiscal year
  • You have prior executive experience that aligns with our membership criteria
